Dualism and God.

Some people are caught up in dualism, to them every thing sometimes feels bad and gloomy, that is when you are on the bad side of this dual world that we live in. Working all the time, at night wishing it was day or at day wishing it was night. Because the world is divided into seemingly two different opposing forces, life death, night day, good evil.  We forget that God is one. I don't mean singular I mean that he is all in all.  For nothing was created without him. Says the scripture, but does this mean the rain as well as the sunshine? Sure it's easy to bless God and be happy with ourselves when things go well, but when things go ill for us, we say it is not Gods will, or that he is not happy with us. This is why Job determined that the just should live by faith, because man should thank God for the good as well as the evil. The light as well as the dark. Wisdom is justified by all her children... the good children and the bad, let the righteous be righteous still, let the wicked be wicked still. Of course Buddha, understood the power of the yin and yang, way before I understood it.

Christopher Vance The day will come when there is no night at all. Living in duality can only cause this kind of response, try to think outside the box. The Lord in his wisdom set up the universe so that there would be two immutable forces at work. The Yin and Yang of life. A cup half full is also a cup half empty. If we realized this one thing about the universe we could use it to our benefit, rather than cursing the darkness, simply light a candle. The cup is neither half full nor half empty, it is only a mirage set up for our sake. If you look at life this way then you can use water to put out fire, and fire to make steam ect'...
